At Benchmark we strive to deliver efficient and high quality service. Following your initial consultation, all architectural design plans are developed and completed within one week, provided that a 75% down payment has been received to initiate the design process.

To help manage project records and maintain confidentiality, Benchmark securely retains all files and documentation related to your design plan for a period of three (3) months from date to delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted from our systems unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the expiration date.

We recommend that clients save and backup all final files for their records. Should you need continued access or long-term storage, please contact us to discuss additional options.
